The Quick Launch bar should now appear just to the right of the Start button. By default, it may already have icons for your web browser, email client and other programs, but you can add and delete shortcuts as required. To add a new shortcut, simply drag a shortcut icon on to the Quick Launch bar. To remove a shortcut, right-click the icon and press “Delete” or drag it to the Recycle Bin. If there are more icons than can fit into the available space, access them by clicking on the chevron (>>) to the right of the bar.
